The Court publishes a range of
resources which provide information on the Courts
procedure including mediation, native title, bankruptcy,
human rights and witnesses. This information can also
be found on this
website. Some of the information is available in community
languages.
The publications and court forms
are available at the Registry counter where it is also
possible to conduct searches on the Courts database
of cases. Court forms are also available on
this website.
You will need to approach the
enquiry counter to conduct such a search and if you wish
to search a court file. A fee is payable when searching
a court file and for obtaining copies of any filed documents.
Court staff cannot provide child
