A party to a proceeding (or person representing an involved party) may purchase a whole or part of a transcript from Auscript. Orders can be placed by lodging the 'Request for transcript- Party' form directly with Auscript.
Charges for transcripts are set by Auscript and are detailed on the form.
A transcript of the Court's draft judgment or orders in a proceeding cannot be supplied by Auscript.
All transcripts are the property of the Commonwealth of Australia and cannot be shared between parties or distributed to any other recipients.
