Visually impaired users experiencing difficulties using the sites or reading the screen layouts, can seek assistance from their local registry through the following methods of contact:

If you are a first time user, you will need to register to use the on line Services.

You are also advised to read the Acceptable Use Policy and other policies prior to using the services.

You can apply to the court to set up a credit facility (law Firms only) for payment of filing fees by completing an application form. Completed forms must be sent to the Court's Finance Section (details are included in the form). Processing of forms may take up to 2 weeks.

To Register please click on Register Now on the log in box and complete the on-line form.

For assistance in completing the form please review the How to Register guidelines.

Approval of registration may take up to 1 business day before you can use eLodgment. You will receive an email notifying you when your registration is completed

If you have already registered as a user please enter your User Name and Password.

Before you begin, please ensure that:

You have been requested by a registry to register in eCourtroom in order to participate in an eCourtroom.
You have a unique individual email address which can be used for notifications.  Generic / Team email such as Reception@LawFirm.com.au can not be used.
You have chosen and completed the correct form or forms you wish to eLodge.
You have on hand all the forms/documents you wish to submit in an approved electronic format.
Only the following file types can be uploaded - .doc, .docx, .pdf, .rft, .xls, .xlsx, .jpg, .gif, & .tif and there is a size limit of 10MB on any individual file.
If a fee is payable, you have your credit card details on hand, or an authorised Account ID (for law firms only).
checkbox MasterCard, Visa and American Express are the only accepted credit cards.
checkbox If a reduction in fees is being claimed, you have completed an exemption or waiver application form, and have all supporting documentation in the correct format.

Regular maintenance

Please be aware of the following maintenance:

  • Nightly backups of the system may result in slow response between the times of 12:00 midnight and 7:00 AM (Sydney time);

  • While all efforts will be made to minimise the disruption to its on-line services, the Court has a "Maintenance Window" every Saturday morning when essential 'housekeeping' work is carried out.

This may cause intermittent disruptions to on-line services.  If there is major work required involving a complete outage to any service a notice will be posted on the login screen in advance.
