Rule: Order 53, rule 2, Order 53B, rule 2 and Order 59, rule 1
Filing fee: Notice of appeal from a Tribunal decision by the: Superannuation Complaints Tribunal; or Australian Competition Tribunal under the Moomba-Sydney Pipeline System Sale Act 1994: if a corporation is liable to pay the fee : $1881; in any other case: $785.

Filing of a notice of appeal instituting an appeal from a decision of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal: if a corporation is liable to pay the fee: $3135.00, in any other case: $1569.00

You can apply to have this fee waived if payment would cause you financial handship.
