Creditor's petition checklist

The Creditor's Petition Checklist is a tool for an applicant creditor preparing for the hearing of a petition in the Federal Court or the Federal Magistrates Court.

The Checklist sets out relevant references to the Bankruptcy Act 1966 (Cth), Bankruptcy Regulations 1996, Federal Court Rules and Federal Magistrates Court Rules.

The Checklist is intended as a guide only. It is not a substitute for legal advice or representation.
