Revocation of superseded Notices to Practitioners

Litigants and Practitioners are advised that the following Notices to Litigants and Practitioners which have been in force in the NSW Registry have been superseded by changes to legislation or are no longer considered necessary in light of current practices and Rules of Court.

The following Notices to Litigants and Practitioners issued by the NSW District Registrar have been revoked and are no longer current:
