Status of Notices to Litigants and Practitioners (NSW 2004/2)
Note: This Practice Note was superseded on 9 June 2004 by Practice Note No. NSW 2004/5.
Revocation of superseded Notices to
Practitioners
Litigants and Practitioners are advised that
the following Notices to Litigants and Practitioners which
have been in force in the NSW Registry have been superseded
by changes to legislation or are no longer considered necessary
in light of current practices and Rules of Court.
The following Notices to Litigants and Practitioners issued
by the NSW District Registrar have been revoked and are no
longer current:
1. (NSW 2002/2) Corporations Matters – Administrative Arrangements issued 29 May 2002
2. (NSW 2002/5) Status of Notices to Litigants and Practitioners issued in NSW 13 August 2002.
