Documents filed in bankruptcy
A Rule of Court was made on 5 September 1998 which has the effect of abolishing the need for backsheets on any documents filed in Federal Court General and Industrial Division matters. Practitioners will note that by O 1 r 11 of the Federal Court Rules, documents filed in bankruptcy matters will need to comply with the new Rule of Court (O 41 subr. 2(8) and r 3).
