The Federal Court Library, Brisbane is open between the hours of 9am and 4:45pm, Monday to Friday to legal practitioners and persons involved in litigation before the Court.
The library collection contains material relevant to the jurisdiction of the Court. Only bound volumes of legislation, and law reports may be borrowed for reference at Court hearings.
Unreported judgments of the High Court, Federal Court and Industrial Relations Court of Australia are available in the library.
Photocopying facilities are available in the library. The charge is 25 cents per page.
