This guide sets out the arrangements for those wishing
to use videoconferencing in proceedings before the Court.
Facilities
The Federal Court of Australia has videoconferencing
facilities available at its registries located in each
capital city in Australia. Through these facilities the
Court is able to provide a direct video link between all
capital cities as well as to many other locations both
within Australia and overseas.
Booking a videoconference
A party contemplating the use of a video
link should raise this at the earliest possible opportunity
to allow sufficient time to arrange the booking of the
Court's videoconferencing facilities. Bookings are made
though the local registry.
A booking form for this purpose is available
